I am a millionaire
I have coastal home
I am a successful author
I am perfectly healthy and well
However, if any of the above are not a current reality for you, then you are creating a conflict with your conscious mind. You are making a statement that you do not believe is true because you are not experiencing it in your outer world. The conscious mind is in direct conflict with your statement.
Regardless of how many times you say your affirmation....you will continue to experience nothing at all that resembles your statement in your outer world.
So, what do we do? I have found that we can do one of two things.
1. Make a statement that avoids conflict with the conscious mind.
wealth, prosperity, abundance
beach house
publish, author
wellness, health, balance, healing
This difference is critical. There is no longer a conflict. The conscious mind is now in line with the impression on the subconscious mind (where all is created) and soon your outer world will take the form of your inner world.
2. Make a statement that represents change in progress.
money and wealth are flowing to me now
the prefect beach house is on its way to me now
my book is being created now
every cell in my body is healing now
The law of attraction is in action at all times and can be harnessed with simple actions and statements that avoid conflict.
The best time to impress these thoughts on the subconscious mind is just before drifting off to sleep and just after waking. This is when your conscious mind is calm, the body is relaxed, and you have a direct link to the subconscious mind.
